I bet one of the old Vetter Windjammer windshields would work OK for this. And you can cut, heat to bend and sand one into special shapes too.
I have a new one in a box and could measure it for ya James.

There is a new ripple going thru the can-am forums and on U-tube. It seem that the ryker has a problem with the pins that are press fit into the aluminum wheels are becoming loose and backing out of the wheels causing the wheels to wobble and if not looked at immediately the wheels could fall off. The pins slide into holes drilled in the steel disk brakes. It is said that dealers may be at fault by not torquing the wheel nuts to a full 210 ft/lb torque. Others are saying it is a factory default because they built the ryker as cheaply as possible. The spyder trikes use conventional auto style hubs with bolts pressed thru the hubs and 3 lug nuts that fit over the threaded bolts just like auto's. the ryker uses something similar to the old jaguar wire wheels that had a threaded spinner that worked like a large lugnut to hold the wheel to the hub/disk brake assembly. Some people are saying that can-am will not do a recall, but instead, when you go in for the warranty check up's they may replace the disk brake and hub and wheel with redesigned parts at no cost. I guess we will see. My local dealer is telling people that the ryker is on back order right now(as if can-am has no more to sell this year).

I found a couple of pictures today on the Ryker. One is a true picture showing the difference in the size between the Ryker and the Spider. I have noticed that some dealers are putting pictures of the ryker and spider looking the same size. This is done by taking the picture from a low angle and staging the ryker a couple of feet in front of the spyder. I do not know why they are doing this. Perhaps to disappoint new buyers into buying a spyder when they see the real size of the Ryker in person. So here is a true picture from someone standing in front of both trikes and taking the picture from eye level. The second picture is one that a german ryker owner fixed up for touring. Think i will stick with my "just get on it and ride" attitude.
