Came upon an Estate sale, friend of a friend that died deal. Split some equipment with my son. Got a new Dayton upright band saw, a JETT horizonal band saw, a old but good Craftsman Bench top lathe with 3 and 4 jaw heads, a 20 ton shop press with an air powered 20 ton jack, 100's of clamps, large parts washer, a small sand-blast cabinet, 10,000 of assorted drill bits of sizes between 1/32 up to 2 inch, a 8 ton shop boom crane, 4 shop vac's, lots of Snap-on tools that have been well used and may get replaced.... Tried to buy a old Miller Dialarc HF-P 310A AC/DC TIG for aluminum but she had sold it 4 hours before.
But also two Grizzly 40 Mill Drill's. These will mill just about anything manually. They came with two wall lockers full of end mills, Collets, mill vices, rotating/indexing degree vices. No, not CNC but I am good with an Etch-a-sketch. Most milling will be in a straight line and then rotate it on the index vice for the angled bits.
All equipment was used but in good nick, but the end mills are new or reground. Over $12,000 worth for $2,200.
Now to make room. My 3 car garage is 724 sq ft but full of other junk too.
She is selling so she can move from Seattle area to Ohio and wants nothing to do with hubby's old shop. I did try to pay more for some items but she had a price on a paper tablet and said that is what she wanted.
She has a 1949 Willys Wagon for $8,500 (Chev 350) and a 1998 Ford Ranger for sale but I do not need ether.
