I am looking at the purchase a reveres trike in the future. How much can I expect to pay? Is there a builder in California that I can talk to?

Sorry about the slow answer, I thought others would jump in with some answers. The Reverse Trike business has dropped to a very low production in the last 3 to 5 years. There are still a few builders but it seems there's not much going on with the state our country is in right now. Most of the Reverse trikes built now are usually factory motorcycles with a 2 front wheel suspension clip added to the front of the Bike. These are usually in kit form with costs of $4000 to $32000 dollars. Most people on this forum are trying to build a RT from scratch, or finding abandoned trike builds to buy for a starting point. There are still a few of us trying to build our own design RT's, This forum is for those people that just gotta have their own type of trike. Read up on everything you can on this forum if you want to try. My second thought is to buy a used reverse trike and find out what you like and dislike about it. That is what i have done. I bought a New can-am Ryker 900 trike because it fitted my style of riding(a 13,000 dollar investment). Before that i built 3 dual rear wheel minibike/trikes, then 2 dual front wheel mini-trikes before i wanted to try a full size. The Ryker helped me look for what i really wanted in a RT( motorcycle style open trike, as small as possible, that is comfortable. While i like the Ryker , i still want something more American( as in the part's) And better styling. So i am building my American trike from auto, cycle and whatever odd and home-built parts i find. When it is close to being finished i will start showing pictures on my ImageShack web page. I may not even finish it as i am 72 years old and starting to get tired quickly, so the build is very slow.I will keep trying until it is done. Admin EDIT I went looking for this trike as i thought it is perfect for first time builders to get some experience building one. This is easier to build than a gas powered trike but Probably not much cheaper(perhaps 10 to 15 thousand to build). I wonder if a tesla engine Installed lengthwise would make this trike a super trike(if you don't mind the expense) thekneeslider.com/electric-reverse-trike-shows-custom-builders-another-option/
