The Elkins trike has been around for over 15 years that i know of. I was interested in it in 2004. It could be the safest, easiest RT you could buiild for a single seat transportation wehicle. He has a website here explaining how he did it.

Update : As of 4-1-19 Elkins has removed the old site and now has only a note saying he is updating it.
